This unique space above the bed called for the perfect piece, reflecting the outdoors with another beautiful horizon.
Does your home seem crazy and chaotic all the time? Bring a little tranquility into the environment with a beautiful piece of art featuring a serene land or seascape. This busy home has a great modern feel and the Outside >IN art adds a fun punch of color.
This before/after is a funny one, so I had to share it. The home is a beautiful Caribbean/Plantation-style bungalow in Central Florida. It had one wall that was left blank except for a hunting trophy. The owner and I got a kick out of the before and after pictures (all in fun, of course!). The final outcome was certainly an improvement and goes to show what an impact Outside >IN painting can have. A large, colorful piece can really transform a room from forgettable to incredible. Of the artwork, this customer has stated that he “loves it more every day.” Wow, thank you!
Every artist is inspired by art, architecture, nature and things they see, hear and feel around them. I am excited to tell you about a few of mine. For me, inspiration comes from visual stimulation that translates into a deep feeling of appreciation and gratitude, which was my motivation for creating Outside >IN.
The story about how Outside >IN got started. Taking photos of the beautiful outdoor places we live constantly, get back and look at the pics and they never are fully representative of how our mind remembers the beauty and impact we felt when we were there. This one image, as amazing as the photo is, was so indicative of that faded, unremarkable representation of the image I remembered. So I used my talent as an artist, and my skills as a designer to create the memory.
